We have included a brief introduction and explanation to ‘MyBlockman’ for leaseholders as below and each leaseholder will receive an email prompting them to set up their MyBlockman account. This will then enable you to view your service charge history and future service charges.
Your new online portal ‘MyBlockman‘ gives you instant access to up-to-date service charge and property information.
The system is designed to give all leaseholders easy and secure access to up-to-date service charge account details and other relevant information specific to your property.
Access is available to each of you, 24 /7, by logging in to your designated portal through a secure, password protected link. These new arrangements are intended to help improve communications and account holders can simply log in to view details online.
You can easily set up your secure account and once completed, this will give you immediate access at any time of the day or night. No need to wait for office hours, send emails or call.
Please be assured that the new arrangements do not in any way prevent you using other more traditional means of communication and you are still welcome to call or email us in the usual manner if you would pre-fer to speak to someone and deal with us in person.
How does it work?
You will receive an email notification from us to activate your account. You will then continue to receive email notifications when there is activity or updates on your property such as documents or announcements including service charge notifications and financial transactions.
